For more than 10 years, Ruger has been an active member in and financial supporter of the New Hampshire Firearm Safety Coalition, a group run through the Injury Prevention Center at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The NHFSC members are people and organizations with a wide range of experience and views on firearms, but who share the same goal of preventing injuries and deaths due to the misuse of firearms. Despite the members’ different backgrounds, the group has been able to focus its efforts on its common concern of firearms safety.
